Growing up in the pine barrens of South Jersey, Greg Hample was frequently learning new talents and ways to push himself creatively. One of his first successes was becoming a certified hypnotist. Through practice, hard work, and various demonstrations, he soon became widely recognized for his unique set of skills. He was hired annually for shows at Stockton College and Oakcrest High School, which he still performs in today. He enjoyed being in the lime light and entertaining the large crowds.

 

 

Living so closely to Atlantic City had given Greg the opportunity to see DJs performing in various clubs and nightlife venues. He really began to appreciate the profound impact music and voice had on people, so Greg decided to begin studying the art of the Disc Jockey.  Within only a few short months he became the Resident DJ of one of South Jersey’s largest Thursday night parties, “Thirsty Thursday” at JDs Pub in Galloway, NJ (2009) Shortly after, word spread about his budding talent and he was requested to play in nightclubs in the Atlantic City and Philadelphia areas. This is when DJ Do Work was born.

 

Despite his sudden accomplishments, he constantly worked to perfect his craft, and continues to do so.  His passion for DJ'n always drives him to find new, famous hits in many different genres that appeal to all ages. Greg’s diversity and broad music knowledge has opened up opportunities outside of the nightclub, and allows him to entertain at weddings, charities, birthdays, and corporate events.

 

Greg Hample further refined his talents as he joined the Versatile team based out of Toms River, NJ. Here he continues to develop professionalism and quality in his performance. He sets himself apart from other DJs through his versatility and ability to read a crowd, while seamlessly connecting the music to the atmosphere of an event. He tastefully interacts with the party and provides the guests with a truly, memorable experience.
